How We Rebuilt a Kitchen Showroom's Website and Tripled Their Leads

The brief

Infocus Kitchen & Bath came to us in early 2025. Two showrooms in New Jersey — Edison and Lawrence Township. Fifteen years in the business, hundreds of successful remodels, a strong reputation with contractors and homeowners across the state.

Their website told none of that story.

It was slow, not mobile-optimised, and ranking nowhere for the terms their customers actually searched. Walk-in traffic was solid. Online inquiries were almost zero. The disconnect between their real reputation and their digital presence was costing them leads every day.

What we started with

Before touching a line of code, we ran a full audit. Mobile page speed score: 41/100. Ranking position for 'kitchen remodeling NJ': not in top 50. Google Business Profile: claimed but only 40% complete. No service-specific pages — everything on one homepage. No online booking or consultation request flow.

The problems were fixable. The opportunity was significant.

The approach

We broke the project into three parallel tracks.

Track 1: The website. Mobile-first rebuild. Every page had one job — get the visitor to book a free consultation. We built dedicated pages for every service category because Google ranks pages, not websites. One page for kitchen remodeling, one for bathroom renovation, one for basement finishing, closets, entertainment walls.

Track 2: Local SEO. We targeted 14 specific search terms across two geographic areas. 'Kitchen remodeling Edison NJ', 'bathroom renovation Lawrence Township', 'cabinet showroom New Jersey' — the exact phrases customers type when they're ready to spend.

Track 3: Google Business Profile. Both locations. Complete setup: all categories filled, 500-character descriptions written with primary keywords, service listings added, Q&A populated, photo strategy implemented. Local search visibility starts here, before the website even matters.

The results

Six weeks after launch: consultation requests tripled compared to the same period the previous year. Both locations appeared in the Google local pack for their primary search terms. Mobile traffic increased 67%. Time on site nearly doubled.

"ANASYNCH rebuilt the whole thing — proper SEO, Google Business, everything. Within 6 weeks we were ranking for kitchen remodeling New Jersey and our consultation requests tripled." — Rudy M., Co-Owner, Infocus Kitchen & Bath

What actually moved the needle

If we had to name the single highest-impact change: the individual service pages.

Most small business websites are one homepage with everything crammed onto it. Google doesn't know what any individual page is about, so it ranks nothing. When you give every service its own dedicated page — with a unique title, a unique meta description, a proper H1, and real content written for how customers search — you give Google something to work with. That's not a trick. That's just how search engines work.

The takeaway

If your website isn't bringing in leads, the problem is almost never the design. It's usually three things: slow mobile performance, no local SEO, or no dedicated service pages. Fix those three and your website becomes a 24/7 salesperson instead of a digital brochure.
